Dr. Kamiran Haj Abdo, is from Efrin Kurdistan of Syria. He is an oncology specialist. Dr. Kamirn is member of politic bureau of Kurdish Democratic Union Party, and a member of committee of Kurdish National Council for foreigner relations.

His talk was about "Unity and Political Principles of the Kurdish National Council".
