Hold a Fundraising Gala Dinner

The Greater Toronto Kurdish House and the Kurdish National Congress of North America (KNC- NA), together hold a Fundraising Gala Dinner for the legal processing fees to McCallion & Associates, a law firm based in New York. McCallion & Associates are in the process of filing lawsuits before the International Human Rights Court on behalf the KNC-NA, and the individual victims and family members who survived Saddam���s chemical weapons attacks on Halabja and other Kurdish cities and villages. KNC-NA has been working diligently in the past years to make sure that justice is served for the victims of the infamous Anfal operations including Halabja. McCallion & Associates will fight to receive compensations for the victims of genocide, and to send a strong message to the chemical companies which supplied Saddam���s tyrannical regime with chemical weapons during the period from 1982 to 1988.
